Congratulations 2025 Arizona Housing Heros!!!! Revival Salutes You!!!!

What a privilege it was to be able to attend the Brian Mickelsen Housing Hero awards luncheon at this year ADOH Housing Forum. I don’t envy awards committees generally. So many great things happen out there, even with strict criteria, and well-written applications, hard decisions have to be made. Some truly great projects out here in Arizona get developed every year but that committee has the rough and tough job to narrow done to one in six different categories each year. We are a little biased, given our relationship with a few of them (City of Tucson Urban Project of the Year and Ulysses Development Group Development Partner of the Year). Hugh high fives to UDG for the substantial amount of housing that they have added to South Phoenix, the Milagro on Oracle developed by the City of Tucson and Gorman and Co., and our congratulations to all of the winners, including the Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona, Salt River Pima Tribal Council. To all of these winners, to all those delivering and preserving housing in Arizona, and those supporting those pursuits through services, management, consulting, finance, and other functions, WE SALUTE YOU!!!! You alll ROCK!!! Keep it up baby we work mountains to climb still and fun to have while doing it. Nobody said was it easy, but nothing worth doing seldom is and these winners and all the others in the game embody that.
