Since 2000 Chad has been designing, leading, and executing projects and plans for organizations as a consultant, principal, and project owner. After a few years in the Army, some contract work for HUD, an earlier iternarion of Revival while a student at New Mexico State (Go Aggies!!!), and several years in market housing development, equipped with a BS in City Planning and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning, Chad set out to make communities better using his expertise in economic development, community development, redevelopment, and real estate.

Chad founded Revival in 2019 with the sole purpose to be the Chief Champion of You! With his Team of Revivalists across the U.S., they Serve Communities on the Rise, Nationwide!

On a personal note, Chad is a proud father and husband. He and his family have lived in Chandler, AZ since 2013. Son of a Navy Submarine Corpsman born in Kittery Maine who spent his formidable years in the Carolinas, he adopted the west in 1997 when he arrived to bright blue skies and desert mountains in El Paso, TX as a soldier at Ft. Bliss, TX. Lifelong metal head, you will spot him in an Iron Maiden t-shirt. Chad loves his NMSU Aggies and CU Buffs no matter what the scoreboard and standings show (and the years have not been kind).
