Since 2000 Chad has been designing, leading, and executing projects and plans for organizations as a consultant, principal, and project owner. After a few years in the Army, equipped with a BS in City Planning and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning, Chad set out to make communities better using his expertise in economic development, community development, redevelopment, and real estate. Having founded Revival in 2019, his purpose is to be the Chief Champion of You and Serve Communities on the Rise, Nationwide!
